FREEBIE CAROL OF THE BELLS PAPER

Hello everyone, I know it's a little early but I have decided to make some papers featuring my favourite Christmas carols/songs ~ I will be doing lots of them but will only be posting one at a time. I know it's a bit self indulgent, so I do hope you enjoy and can make use of them too!

This paper features 'Carol of the Bells' which I absolutely love, it's a shame the paper can't play the music too! I'm sorry to say that 'Carol of the Bells' is not as popular here in the UK as it is in the USA, which is a shame because it is such a lovely piece of music! Here is a little bit of info in case you are interested!

This tune was written in 1916 by a Ukranian composer named Mykola Leontovich ~ it is popular during the holidays now but the original lyrics had nothing at all to do with Christmas! Well there you are, Faery Lane Designs is more than just a place for downloading digi scraps ~ you get a history lesson thrown in too!! :)

FREEBIE ~ KOLOR'SCAPEZ KONVOY NOVEMBER AWARENESS ~ RISK & RESPONSIBILITY

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I have been away from my blog for a couple of weeks again, I think from now on I won't make any promises, I will post whenever I can and if I have my way it will be frequently! At the moment I am working on Christmas kits which I'm sure you will be glad to know includes a Disney one!

Anyway back to today, and it is time again for the Kolor'Scapez Konvoy awareness blog train.

This month's Awareness subject is Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention and is entitled, 'Risk and Responsibility'.

'Since 1981 November has been designated as National Drunk and Drugged Driving (3D) Prevention month. Throughout the month, efforts are renewed to educate Americans about the consequences of driving drunk or under the influence of drugs. People are encouraged to drive responsibly and to avoid putting themselves and others at risk. By getting the word out about 3D month, communities can implement effective strategies like sobriety checkpoints and information workshops, which combat drunk and drugged driving.'

Hi everyone, it has got chilly today in the south of England ~ Autumn is well and truly here! I hope everyone is well and keeping warm, wherever you are!

Well, it's Disney Thursday! This week I thought I would have a change and give you something a little different, it is a mini kit that will be ideal to scrap your photos of Cinderella with the kids, meals at Cinderella Castle etc., The kit is in pink and blue with golden glitter touches and the wordart is an elegant font in burgundy.

Hi everyone, it's Disney Thursday at last! I am still with Disney's Hollywood Studios and today we have, Indiana Jones, Americal Idol, Muppet Vision 3D and the 50's Prime Time Cafe ~ which is one of my favourite Disney restaurants! I will have more for you next Thursday ~ also, this Saturday is Sneak Peak time again, Octobers health awareness Konvoy is focusing on breast cancer so look out for that.

Hello everyone, here at last are the frames to go with the rest of My Magical Florida Vacation Part 8! As I havn't been around for a while, I will remind everyone that I am focusing on Disney's Hollywood Studios at the moment, we have now covered High School Musical, Tower of Terror, Star Tours, Voyage of the Little Mermaid and Rock n' Roller Coaster. I havn't done a frame for Ariel as I did that when I was working on the Magic Kingdom. I hope you like them, I am now working on Muppet Vision 3D, Indiana Jones Stunt Show Spectacular, Americal Idol, the 50's Prime Time Cafe, Sci Fi Dine In Theatre and there will be more of Beauty and the Beast.

SUCCESS AT LAST!!

At last I have managed to post the picture to go with the wordart for Disney Part 7! I have just arrived back from Northern Ireland and have returned to find that my 19 year old son has done nothing during the week I have been gone, only make a mess! No washing up done, clothes everywhere ~ so I will be cleaning up for the rest of the weekend! Will post the next part of My Magical Florida Vacation Part 7 on Monday evening.
